At the inspection dated Dec. 04, 2023 there were 27 children and 6 staff present. Both managers were also on-site and assisted with the inspection. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified. This report was reviewed with one of the facility managers.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following recommendations/discussions were provided:
- Remove all items with a DIN / NPN # in the first aid kit, as parent’s permission is required before using these items on children. Mild soap and water can be used to clean any minor cuts or scrapes.
- Indoor maintenance
- Continue active supervision of children
