Observation: Mouse droppings noted throughout upstairs food storage area around perimeter and under pallets.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all droppings are removed and areas cleaned. Improvements noted with pallet storage away from walls and each other allowing easier access and monitoring. Rotate pallets to allow better monitoring and regular cleaning. Report all activity to pest control.

Observation: 1.Back side door by stairs left wide open to exterior and door to processing area held open by string.
2. Back loading doors left completely open while no loading or unloading in progress. Staff report being hot.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all exterior doors remain closed at all times during operation to prevent pest entry. If work space is too warm and doors require to be open then installation of screens or screen doors must be installed to be used as a barrier for all pests. Until screens are install the doors must remain closed.
