Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dairy based sweets were stored in the display cooler. Staff stated they turn off the cooler during night time and turn it back on at the start of the shift.
Corrective Action(s): All dairy based sweets were discarded. All potentially hazardous food must be stored at 4C or less at all times.
