Routine inspection:
- Coolers (beverage, sandwich, walk-in) maintained at 4C or less.
- Walk-in and under the counter freezers maintained at -18C or less.
- Other hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available from the dispenser and in spray bottles.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.

*Time tracking for the slices of pizza not recorded properly. According to the Pizza Pizza's food safety plan, slices of pizza must be discarded after 1.5 hours. 6 slices were stored under hot light for more than 1.5 hours (but less than 2 hours). Operator must educate staff on proper time tracking procedures.
