Observation:
Biofilm observed in ice machine.
Correction:
Turn off the ice machine. Empty. Clean & sanitize before turning back on. Ensure all mouldy residues are removed.

Cleaning has been done in the following areas:
- walk-in cooler
- sandwich prep cooler
- ice machine
- butcher block
- dishwasher

Sanitizer spray bottles are labelled. Sanitizer in spray bottles measured at 200ppm Chlorine. Sanitizer in buckets measured at 100ppm.
Foods are covered inside walk-in cooler.
Doors were closed at the time of inspection.

Items that still requires correction:
- Clean the floors (underneath sinks, stove, counters)
- Organize storage area. No items to be stored directly on floor. Ensure all items are 6 inches above the floor.
- Note violation code 308 from the previous inspection report. These are to be addressed by September 30, 2022.
- Operator to email the undersigned with the most recent report from professional pest control company. Operator stated screen door will be installed soon as well for the back door.
