Observation: Minor deposit of what appeared to be mildew was observed in the upper lefthand corner of ice machine cover.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Cooler was measured at 1 degree C (ambient)
- Thermometer accurate to 1 degree C is available for cooler
- Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 71 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C)
- Food products are protected from contamination.
- Utensils stored in sanitary condition
- No evidence of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Washroom is maintained in clean condition. Washroom sink is adequately supplied.
- Daily records are maintained for the cooler, high temperature dishwasher, and sanitizer. Quats test strips on site.
- Verified FOODSAFE requirements for staff on site. Note: Manager's FOODSAFE Level 1 expiry date is February 27, 2021.
