Dishwasher was initially testing at 0ppm & Sanitizer bottle was empty. After switching bottle and priming machine, tested at 50ppm Cl. Be sure to test the dishwasher routinely. Operator stated that machine is only used on Mondays. Keep log and test every monday with test strips to ensure 50ppm Cl.

Temperature logs not maintained - Ensure temperature logs are maintained for all coolers and hot holding units.

Ensure employees keep personal belongings away from food storage

General cleaning and organizing required through premises to ensure storage areas are maintained in an organized manner and personal belongings are removed.
