Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing sinks are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 71.9C at the plate level. Food contact surfaces sanitizers measured at 50 ppm (sanitizer pail) and 100 ppm (sanitizer spray bottle) chlorine as per test strips. All coolers measured at 4C or less. *Drink cooler measured at 10C, no potentially hazardous foods stored here. Freezer measured at -18C or less. Foods in hot holding unit measured at 60C or higher. Temperature log available and maintained daily. General sanitation is adequate. General food storage practice is excellent. Ice machine in sanitary condition. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine professional pest control service in place. Kitchen ventilation hood in sanitary condition. Next cleaning due April 29, 2022.
