Follow-up inspection conducted:

-No food items stored in the prep cooler at this time. Ambient air temperature 11-12'C at this time.

Spoke with the owner on site. Technician came in for this matter. Pipe connecting the unit to the walk-in requires a replacement.
-Cooler drawers underneath grill to be in use until the unit is repaired.
-All food items that are stored on top inserts now to be stored in ice bath. Ice to be refilled every hour to maintain the temperature.

Please contact the health inspector once repaired, for a follow up inspection.
