An unscheduled follow up inspection to the Routine Inspection, dated August 21/22, 2019, was conducted. Areas of non-compliance identified at the Routine Inspection were reviewed for compliance. All areas were reviewed during this inspection and it was determined that they are in compliance with the Residential Care Regulations.
The facility has started using EMAR and this has been an effective support for documenting all medication administration and following up with PRN effectiveness of medications.
The crack in the concrete in the back yard area has been sprayed with yellow paint to alert persons in care and staff of the uneven pavement.
All care plans have been reviewed and revised and will be reviewed annually. |
