Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Walk-in cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Upright freezer in back was at -18 deg C. Staff washroom was in sanitary condition. Sandwich display cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Display freezers were at -18 deg C. Ice comes bagged from the supplier. Public washrooms were in sanitary condition and provided with sanitary facilities. Temperature log was available and up to date. F'real machine - cleaning log was available for review. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
