- All cold potentially hazardous food items stored at < or = 4C. Minced garlic stored over ice.
- Main handwashing station in the kitchen appears to be in working order and accessible by staff.
- Operating Permit with a valid decal posted in a conspicuous area.
- Most foods stored on shelving racks in the dry storage area.
- Did not observe any cold potentially hazardous food items being thawed at room temperature.
- Mouse droppings cleaned in the areas noted in the previous report. Additional pest control traps installed.
- Fan covers cleaned in the noted cooler.
- Most foods stored in food grade bags in freezers and coolers.
