-Status of premises change from FO to FE1 to allow for food service of sandwiches.
Sandwiches are pre-made (supplied by Cioffi's) will be heated on panini press and served in single use disposable packaging/wrap.
-3 compartment sink was installed according to plan submitted by Operator. Plumbing permit was obtained through the City for the installation. Sink to be use for washing + sanitizing tongs, knives + cutting board.
-Food safety + sanitation procedures submitted.
-Food Safe level 1 certificates for Food + Beverage Mgr and Shift Mgr. submitted.
-Bleach being used to sanitize for manual warewashing. Chlorine test strips present to verify concentration. Unscented bleach present.
-Quats sanitizer used for food contact surfaces
Test strips present. Concentration in spray bottle measured.
-Glasswasher operational. 12.5 ppm Iodine detected in glasswasher rinse cycle. Staff are knowledgeable about testing Iodine concentration with test kit. *Recommend testing daily prior to opening.
-Handsink supplied with hot + cold water liquid soap + paper towel
-Washrooms supplied with hot + cold running water, liquid soap + paper towel.
-Walk-in cooler was at 4 deg. C. Thermometers present in cooler for temperature monitoring

Pass through doors present to access sandwiches when ordered.
-Health application to reflect status change submitted. Permit fee paid via cheque (July-March 2020 $112.50)
-Approval granted for food service with limited menu of premade sanwiches which are heated + served (as outlined in report above).
-Post permit to operate in location visible to public when it arrives.
