Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - ATSS9D: Exhaust canopy filters thoroughly cleaned. Under the preparation table cooler ambient air temperature 4 degrees C. Ice machine door servicing to be completed in the next week. Garbage bag used as a cover temporarily to protect ice from contamination.
