A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- All foods have been relocated off the floor and stored on shelves/platforms in the back room.
- The back room has been re-organized and more work to be done by purchasing and installing more shelving units.
- All items have been removed from in front of the sinks and there are no items in sinks or on top of the sinks to prevent their use.
- All items related to the postal business are stored on a separate, movable shelving unit, away from food.
- Ensure all other violations are addressed by their assigned correction date. Operator's husband must obtain the FoodSafe level 1 certificate, and submit updated FoodSafety plans and Sanitation Plan to reflect the added food items (sandwiches, hot dogs and soft serve ice cream) and equipment (hot dog steamer, soft serve ice cream machine, etc.).
