Observation: -Noted uncovered foods in walk in cooler and one in walk in freezer.-
-Boxes of delivered foods stored directly on the floor
-Mold noted under lid of ice machine (dispensing area)
Corrective Action(s): -Cover all foods at all time
-Store all food products (even in boxed) off of the floor (6 inches)
-All ice discarded at time of visit, ice machine to be fully cleaned and sanitized, operator cleaned the ice machine at time of visit.
