Follow up inspection of the food premises conducted. Most previous violations were corrected. Sanitizer spray bottle had 200ppm chlorine residual. Sanitizer pails (2) had 200 ppm chlorine residual. All handwashing stations were adequately equipped and accessible. Most plastic bags have been removed from coolers/freezers. Ensure food is only stored in food grade containers/bags. No wash cloths were kept on counter - Great! No scoop/spoons were left inside dry ingredient bins. Ensure no food is kept on the floor of the walk-in cooler. Continue to organize the cooler for better space management. Ensure temperature logs are kept on site.
