Comments

General sanitation adequate. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
All coolers are at 4C or below. Chest freezers at or below -18C.
One stand up freezer currently defrosting food contents at -12C frozen chicken.
Black pop cooler at 8C pop and non-perishables only.
2 compartment sink in use. Dish washer final rinse cycle at 72.6C.
Storage area is adequate.
Sanitizer bottle at 100 ppm chlorine.
Hand sinks are stocked with paper towels, liquid soap and warm running water.
Washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink.

Note: Staff refused entry for inspection between 10:40 am to 11:10 am due to language barrier. The business is open to the public by 11:00 am. Inspection was conducted at 11:15 am when manager was on site. Inspections of this facility is required for operation. Further noncompliance will result in full enforcement such as Tickets and immediate Closure Order. Please convey to staff the requirement of inspections by authorities during regular business hours.
