Routine inspection conducted today: 1 compartment of the 3-compartment sink is dedicated for handwashing - handwashing stations, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Sink plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for warewashing. Manual warewashing poster left for staff to post by the sink. Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle available. 200 ppm chlorine residual detected. Refrigeration unit was noted at ≤ 4C. Freezer units were noted at ≤ -18C. Interior of the ice machine noted in a sanitary condition. Cooked pearls are held at room temperature for no more than 4 hours. All in-use utensils washed after every drink - to prevent mixing of flavors. General organization and sanitation satisfactory. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. Manager's FOODSAFE level 1 certificate available and verified - expires October 3, 2024.
