Walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler - food items observed safely covered with fitted lids and / or single use plastic wrap to protect food from contamination. Storage room - holes in wall have been pest proofed with installation of new tiles over location. Premise cleaning measures have been completed since previous inspection. Ensure frequent cleaning is conducted to maintain current level of premise sanitation in a consistent manner. Front kitchen handsink - new faucet handles installed to allow for convenient handwashing by staff. Damaged plastic food bin discarded. Wicker basket discarded.
