Scoops for bulk bins were stored in the food, with handles touching the food.
Corrective Action(s): Today. Ensure that right amount of bulk food in bins; lids must be properly cover food.
Store scoops in a way that handles do not contact the food.

Observation: Fruit flies near the 2-compartment sink (around a garbage bin) & in a back storage area; mice droppings under a dry storage shelf/ in a corner of the store; & few flies in the store;

Keep a garbage bean & 2-compartment sink area clean;

Aisles were organized; shelves -clean;
