Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator stated Slush Puppie is serviced and sanitized by supplier every 6 months.
Corrective Action(s): Slush Puppie machine requires periodic cleaned and sanitizing, as stated on the side of the machine. Slush Puppie machine recommends a bleach disinfectant. To prepare a 100ppm bleach disinfectant, add 5mL bleach per litre of water. Contact supplier to determine recommended frequency of cleaning and sanitizing.

Observation: Door seal on upright cooler is broken and needs to be repaired or replaced.
Corrective Action(s): Replace door seal and ensure equipment is maintained in good working order. Proper door seal will also prevent temperature fluctuations.

-Facility has small amounts of perishable foods.
-Cooler units with dairy and eggs were both at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Soft serve machine is closed for the season.
-Foods were within their best before dates.
-Foods properly stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
