All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. All freezers are -18 degrees C or colder. Dishwasher reached 71 degrees Celsius at plate surface during final rinse. Bleach water measured 200 PPM chlorine residual in labelled spray bottle. General sanitation is overall good.
