Corrective Action(s): Do not use this glasswasher, run all glassware through back of house dishwasher
Have this unit serviced ASAP and ensure that test strips are obtained. Operator must ensure that the unit is tested twice daily to ensure proper sanitizing of glassware.

Corrective Action(s): Conduct a thorough deep clean of the facility with particular attention paid to the following areas:
-cubbies of the bar and around the glasswasher
-cubbies of the server station
-along the walls in the dishwashing area
-along the walls and under the shelves of the back of house laundry/ice area
-under ALL shelves and work tables in the back of house
-under the back of house PC station
-under the hot line handsink
-around the shelves next to the beer walk-in cooler
-around the mop storage area
