Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating at required temperature of -18'C. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in spray bottles. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 77.4'C at the plate level after final rinse. - General food storage practice satisfactory throughout. - Washroom handsink satisfactory. - Traps in place.
