- Bleach sanitizer is available

- Secondary cooking step for donair meat is in place

*Ensure bleach sanitizer is prepared by mixing 1L water with 1/2 teaspoon bleach
*After the sanitizing step, allow time for air drying. There is no need to rinse.

***The domestic cooler in the front area was maintaining 5-6C at the time of inspection. Monitor the temperatures of this cooler and adjust/repair if it is unable to maintain 4C or less.
