- Completed application form, food safety plan + sanitation plan submitted. Operator has FoodSafe level 1. Health permit fee $75.00 paid (Oct - March) via cheque to Fraser Health.
- * Certificate of Incorp to be emailed.
- Temperature of coolers + freezers were acceptable.
* Supply thermometers to all coolers + monitor temperatures daily
- 50 ppm chlorine detected in dishwasher rinse cycle to sanitize dishes: Test strips present
- 200ppm chlorine sanitizer solution present in spray bottles. Label spray bottles to indicate contents. Hand sink supplied with liquid soap + paper towel
