Cutting room: no foodhandling or food storage within room at time of inspection. Cutting room temperature 4 C, 4 compressors - each compressor is progressively warmer towards store retail entrance, discussed with refrigeration technician to improve operation of end compressors toward entrance. Cutting temperature should be monitored daily to verify consistent function of cutting room compressors.
