A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- A new high temperature dishwasher was purchased and installed.
- The rinse cycle temperature was 78.9C at the plate's surface as per max/min thermometer.
- The dishwasher automatically injects soap into wash cycle.
- Staff no longer require to manually sanitize dishes after they are run through the dishwasher.
- All violations have been corrected.
