Comments

-Follow-up inspection to July 16, 2019 – Public Health Act Closure Order issued.
-Chemical dishwasher air bubble has been removed from the feedline and was dispensing chlorine sanitizer. Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm to 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface on two consecutive cycles (minimum 50ppm chlorine required for proper disinfection).
-Dishware, utensils, and equipment rewashed and sanitized.
-Sanitizer prime function on the chemical dishwasher does not function. Recommend servicing dishwasher and repairing sanitizer prime function to help remove air bubbles from the dispensing line in the future.
-Ensure chlorine concentration is checked daily and each time the chlorine bottle is changed to verify the correct concentration of disinfectant is being dispensed.
-Conditions of the Public Health Act Closure Order issued on July 16, 2019 have been met. Closure Order has been rescinded and facility may reopen for service.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
