Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to the Routine Inspection #JKIM-C3SN7Q dated March 24, 2021 was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSOP).

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

On the inspection date of June 7, 2021 there were 10 children and 4 staff present. At this inspection the contraventions identified during the routine inspection were confirmed to have been corrected.
The following education/recommendations were provided:
-To develop a system, i.e. checklist to ensure all staff files are complete.
-Log for all inspection, maintenance and repairs of the physical facility to be used regularly.

Others:
-LO discussed about plans for care program not offered currently by the facility. Licensee will provide update to LO in the near future.

This inspection report was written off-site and emailed to the Licensee on June 8, 2021.
