The following food items were stored on the floor.
1.) Bag of potatoes in the root crop isle.
2.) Bag of onions at the back of house.
3.) Oatmeal bags dry foods isle and in front of vegetable display cooler

Observation: OBSERVATION
Mouse droppings were observed on the floor near the
dry storage area at the back of house.
Corrective Action(s): CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
1.) Clean and sanitize the droppings and the area noted above.
2.) Remove clutter and properly store and organize items at the
back of house
3.) Consider changing pest company. * Talk to the owner (owner was not onsite).
* NOTE : Pest control company comes in at least once a month>

Observation: OBSERVATION
A huge hole was observed at the back of house near
the washrooms.
Corrective Action(s): CORRECTIVE ACTION
Seal the hole and make necessary repairs to prevent entry
of pests in the premises.

Beverage display cooler's glass was damaged. Cracks were
observed.

Replace the glass to maintain the cold
temperature of the cooler and to accomodate for proper
cleaning.

- Handsink at the back of the house was supplied with liquid
hand soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Bottles of bleach were available for sanitation purposes.

- All coolers and freezers met the regulatory requirements ; Coolers
measured at or below 4 C and freezers measured below -18 C
- 4 two door freezers : -21 C, - 20 C, 21C, and -23C
