- All hand sinks- in staff washroom and kitchen- are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Walk-in cooler measured to be at 2C
- Pizza prep cooler and drinks cooler measured to be at less than 4C
- Food storage practices satisfactory; all food stored off the ground and covered
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Note: Ensure that all pest control devices (mechanical traps) are flushed against the wall.
- Foodsafe certification is verified

NOTE: Ensure that paper towel is available at the three compartment sink at an accessible distance (next to soap dispenser).
