- Follow up inspection to verify corrective actions taken - Dishwasher has been repaired and is now operational. Final rinse temperature measured 74.6C at dish surface. Correction Order (issued 08-Feb-2023) lifted as required action has completed. - Areas where mouse droppings were observed have been cleaned to remove droppings. Additional traps (glueboards) have been placed in these areas. Continue to monitor and ensure that any additional droppings are cleaned up promptly and the surface sanitized. - Operator reports Pest Control Technician did not leave service report from previous few visits and has requested Pest Control Company to send most recent report directly to EHO.
