Corrective Action(s): Provided education to operator on the correct chlorine bleach concentration (100-200ppm) for usage as a food-grade sanitizer. *Ensure kitchen utensils, cutting boards, containers, pots, pans, etc. are washed and sanitized with a foodgrade sanitizer. *Provided FHA sign labelled "Two Sink Dishwashing Method" for reference use by operator & employees Violation Score: 5 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispenser in the kitchen was empty at onset of inspection.
