- Dishwasher has been repaired. 50 ppm chlorine detected.
- 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer available
- Hand washing stations are clear of obstructions

Note:
- Test the dishwasher at least twice per day using the test strips to ensure the sanitizer concentration is adequate (50-100 ppm).
- Ensure sanitizer is available in the front area and kitchen at all times. Mix 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 cap) of unscented household bleach per 1L clean water to reach the correct concentration.
- Ensure all hand washing stations are clear of obstructions to allow for proper hand washing. Do not store any utensils, dishware, or any other items at the hand washing stations.
