Debris and mouse droppings on floor in corners of storage locker. Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces. Grill prep cooler serviced, lower drawer 2 C Food storage areas re-organised - chemicals and non-food related items have been relocated away from food. Door sweeps for kitchen entrance and storage room have been replaced to pest proof both doorways to exclude pests. Handwashing facilities fully accessible.
