Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- No bleach sanitizer in use. Wipe was submerged in detergent water.
Corrective Action(s):
- Education provided to two staff present regarding how to make bleach sanitizer. Ensure to use 1 cap of bleach for 1 metal (square) insert full of water; do not mix detergent in this water. Ensure this is done every day before opening of the store and make the sanitizer again as needed (when the sanitizer water gets merky).
