Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Single use paper towels were not available at the sole hand washing station. Paper towels replenished at this time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a staff using a blue towel hanging on a shelf to dry their hands. Hands must be dried using a single use paper towels. Blue towels removed at this time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a single use plastic spoon and an empty aluminum can (most likely from an empty tomato sauce can) as a food scoop. These scoops were removed at this time.

Observation: Observed a small gap under the backdoor.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust the installed door sweep so that there is no light leaking through. Correct this by: 1 month.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. (Repeated violation) Observed use of soiled carboard to line shelving next to the cashier station.
2. Observed use of soiled cardboard boxes to store pizza pans.

Cardboard boxes removed at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels (after correction; code 401)
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers at adequate temperature - products stored in frozen state.
Food contact surface sanitizers were measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine as per test strips (sink 3rd basin and a sanitizer pail).
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control in place.
General sanitation is adequate.
Operator with valid FOODSAFE level 1 is on site (expires in May 8, 2023). Ensure to take a FOODSAFE level 1 refresher course before the certificate expires.
General food storage practice is adequate.
Kitchen hood appears to be in sanitary condition. Deep cleaning past due (Jan 25, 2022). Arrange cleaning of kitchen ventilation hood.

Unannounced follow up inspection to be conducted.
