Comments

Cleaning of kitchen has greatly improved: 1) Fumehood is now clean, operator will be replacing the panels 2) Trolley that holds the trays are now clean 3) Undercounter area by 3 compartment sink has been organized and food debris is gone 4) Lids of buckets have been wiped down to remove food debris 5) Pizza oven racks were pressure washed and are now very clean. *Some cleaning is still required underneath the cooking line (floor still has some grease debris and buildup) and the tall trolley as well. Foods in coolers covered. Handsinks have paper towels, liquid soap, hot/cold running water Ensure that you have plugs for your 3 compartment sink at all times. Large pot that does not fit into 3 compartment sink has been removed. Kitchen should maintain this level of cleanliness at ALL times.
