Temperature of the undercounter reach-in fridge was too warm at 9C. Please monitor and adjust if necessary. Conduct a temperature check and record on a log sheet daily. Provide paper towel and dispenser at the kitchen handwashing station. General sanitation is satisfactory. Dishwashing temperature is satisfactory.
