coolers <4c; freezers <-18c. bleach water sanitizer >100ppm concentration handwashing station needs to be supplied with liquid soap and papertowels in front dispensing/serving area. ensure to check all expiry/best before dates- billy bobs beef jerky was found to be labelled with best before oct 2015- operator took these items off the shelf during this inspection. overalll facility is in good sanitary condition.
