Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Both meat display coolers were at 4C.
-Front upright cooler was at 4C.
-Customer area open cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezers were at -13C/-15C.
-Back chest freezers were at -18C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Meat grinder and meat saw sanitized every 2 hours and disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing at the end of the night.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-Packaged foods in good condition and within the best before dates.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
