Hand wash station was clear and unobstructed at time of inspection
All foods and boxes were stored off the ground on pallets
Back room area has been decluttered. Remove all items not required for operation from premises. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Operator has proved that eggs are from approved source. Held products released.
No evidence of foods from unapproved sources or unapproved repackaged product noted at time of inspection.
As per meeting on May 12, 2016, premises is only permitted to sell prepackaged foods from approved source/supplier and bulk foods - no repackaging
