Lighting replaced in the kitchen. Paper towel used to cover herbs in walk-in cooler. Exhaust hood has been professionally cleaned, sticker posted for next service (May 2019). Rice and potatoes both just cooked and set aside for proper cooling (>66C at time of inspection). Oct 29 2018 pest control report reviewed. Pending issues: - mice droppings still present under dishpit, please remove - cleaning required under bar area and dining area hallway (broken tiles/plates under server table) - ice bin pipe is still leaky, please repair
