Found meat slicer to have cheese bits in the hard to clean areas. Corrective Action(s): 1.Ensure dishwasher has 50 ppm chlorine in final rinse at all times. Purchase test strips to ensure concentration is being met. Sanitizer bottle was changed and final rinse was 50 ppm chlorine. 2.
