Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Iodine glass washer was completely empty of sanitizer at time of inspection. Machine was still being used

3) Ensure pest entry is prevented by keeping back door shut, and closing up any rodent holes/ entry points.

**Walk in cooler currently running at 7C. Check again in 30min and move product/ have serviced if temperatures don't come down to 4C
