Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Indian sweets (plain gurr) were stored in plastic bin uncovered. The handles of the scoops and tongs were touching the food items. This is a repeat violation and failure to comply will lead to stricter enforcement.
Corrective Action(s): Move the bin away from the customers. All unpacked sweets that are ready to eat must be stored in the bulk bin cabinets with proper lids to protect from contamination. Ensure that the handles of scoops and tongs at the bulk bin dispensing area do not touch the food items.

Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-AVGS7S:

- Daily temperature logs were up to date and available on site for review. Temperature logs showed no issues with refrigeration units.
- All handwashing stations were supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels in the dispensers.
- The new dry rack is still in progress to be installed at the two compartment sink.
- Submit the latest pest control report by the pest control company via email.
Note: Three compartment sink has been replaced with a two compartment sink for manual dishwashing of the scoops, tongs, and the bulk bin cabinets. The bulk bin cabinets fully submerge in the sanitizing compartment of the two compartment sink.
