Follow up inspection of the food premises conducted.

Most plastic bags have been removed from coolers. Food is stored in food grade containers. Some plastic bags remain in walk-in freezer. Operator confirmed that these will be removed soon too - they are waiting for food-grade bags delivery.
Food is covered inside cooler.
Handwashing sink is repaired. Equipped with hot water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
Floors and hard to reach areas have been cleaned. Much better from last inspection. Continue cleaning on a regular basis to maintain premise in sanitary condition.
