All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. Upright freezer is -18 degrees C. or colder. Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm. Dishwasher final rinse reached 75 degrees C. at the plate surface. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink. Note: Foods in other warmer were turned off at time of inspection as it was after the lunch hour. No concerns at this time.
